ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ 6” Suspension Systems for the 2022 and newer Toyota Tundra are meticulously engineered for drivers demanding exceptional performance on both asphalt and dirt. These systems maintain proper suspension geometry and deliver excellent ride comfort, enhanced wheel travel, and the ability to run up to 37” tires without compromising handling or control.
At the heart of each system is ICON’s Vehicle-Specific (VS) 2.5 Series Coilover technology, precision-matched to the Tundra platform. These kits feature high-clearance one-piece crossmembers, ductile iron steering knuckles, skid plates, and differential drop brackets to maintain CV axle angles while delivering 6 inches of front and rear lift.
ICON's coilovers are built with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum bodies, Eibach coil springs, and FK rod ends. The 2.5” diameter allows for improved oil capacity and cooling, providing durability and consistency over varied terrain. Each option is optimized for performance, comfort, and adjustability.

ICON rear shocks are custom-tuned for the Tundra’s chassis and available in 2.0 or 2.5-inch bodies with internal or remote reservoirs. Like the front, higher stages feature adjustable and app-controlled valving for maximum versatility.

2.0 VS IR Shocks – Internal reservoir shocks with 5/8” shaft (Stage 1–2)
2.5 VS RR Shocks – Remote reservoir with 5/8” shaft (Stage 3–5)

Custom-engineered front crossmembers and differential drop brackets maintain factory front-end geometry while allowing for 6 inches of lift. These components preserve axle angles and reduce wear on CV joints and driveline components in 4WD applications, ensuring smooth operation and long-term durability.
Starting at Stage 2, ICON includes Billet or Tubular Upper Control Arms featuring their Delta Joint PRO, which provides 90° of articulation—offering the durability of a ball joint with the flexibility of a uniball. These UCAs also provide built-in caster correction and are essential for proper alignment at 6” of lift.
Heavy-duty rear upper and lower links constructed from tubular steel or billet aluminum feature large FK rod ends and dual-durometer bushings to improve axle articulation and reduce NVH. ICON’s on-vehicle-adjustable Billet Track Bar realigns the rear axle under load, enhancing stability and driveline alignment at full suspension travel.
