For drivers demanding elite off-road capability and precision handling, the ICON 3.0 Series delivers exceptional suspension performance with maximum damping control and travel. Engineered for aggressive terrain and high-speed stability, this bolt-on system offers 1.25–3.5 inches of front lift and up to 0.75 inches of rear lift (with optional coils), supporting tires up to 35" for increased ground clearance and improved stance.

ICON 3.0 Series Coilovers

The ICON 3.0 Series coilovers are designed for high-performance off-road driving while maintaining daily comfort. Featuring massive 3.0" diameter aluminum shock bodies, remote reservoirs, and ICON's proprietary vehicle-specific damping, these coilovers deliver unmatched cooling capacity and precise control. Finely tuned for the Tundra chassis, they are fully rebuildable, revalveable, and include integrated bump zones for progressive bottom-out resistance.

Available Options:

  • 3.0 VS RR CDCV CoiloversAdjustable ride (10 position dial), remote reservoir coilover. (Included in Stage 1, 2 & 3)

  • 3.0 VS RR CDEV CoiloversElectric Valve Control, remote reservoir coilover. (Included in Stage 4, 5, & 6)

ICON Rear Shocks

Complementing the front suspension, ICON’s rear shocks provide high-speed off-road damping with fade-free performance. These include large-bore aluminum bodies, remote reservoirs, and triple-rate valving for comfort, traction, and control across varied terrain.

Available Options:

  • 2.5 VS RR CDCV ShocksRemote reservoir shock absorbers, with 2.5 inch diameter body (Stage 1)

  • 2.5 VS RR CDEV Shocks Electric Valve Control, remote reservoir coilover, 2.5 inch Aluminum Body (Stage 4)

  • 3.0 VS RR CDCV Shocks Adjustable ride (10 position dial), remote reservoir coilover, 3 inch Aluminum Body (Stage 2 & 3)

  • 3.0 VS RR CDEV ShocksElectric Valve Control, remote reservoir coilover, 3 inch Aluminum Body (Stage 5 & 6)

Front Sway Bar Drop Kit

Included in all stages, the front sway bar drop brackets reduce bind and improve performance   by restoring proper geometry after lifting the vehicle.

Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO (Included in All Stages)

Icon's upper control arms are constructed from CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum or tubular steel for exceptional strength. Featured are the amazing Delta Joints that combine the durability of a ball joint with the performance of a uni-ball. Ideal when paired with Icon coilovers to increase wheel travel which translates into better suspension performance and ride quality. Engineered with built-in caster correction for optimal alignment specs, serviceable dual stage poly bushings and FK rod end 7/8 inch heim joints for smooth operation.

Rear Coil Springs (Optional)

Available in select stages, ICON’s rear triple-rate coils provide 0.5" to 0.75" of rear lift, with soft initial and mid rates for comfort and a firmer overload rate for heavy loads or off-road conditions.

Adjustable Billet Rear Links & Track Bar

ICON's billet or tubular steel rear links include dual-durometer bushings and FK rod ends, allowing greater articulation and strength. The adjustable billet track bar recenters the rear axle for optimal performance after lifting.

Features and Benefits

  • 2 to 3.25 inch front lift / 0 inch rear lift

  • Adjustable coilovers provide 2 to 3.25 inches of front lift height

Important Notes

1. OEM Wheels & Tires Fitment: Yes

2. Recommended Aftermarket Wheels: 17x8.5" w/ 5.75 Backspace / 25mm Offset

3. Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 35" x 12.50" (Minor fender trimming and modifications may be required)

4. APPLICATION NOTE #55: SHOCKS ARE FULLY SERVICEABLE. LIFT HEIGHTS INDICATED ARE FOR A STOCK EQUIPPED VEHICLE.

5. APPLICATION NOTE #85: ADVERTISED LIFT HEIGHT RANGES ARE FOR A STOCK EQUIPPED VEHICLE. INCREASING WEIGHT OF VEHICLE DUE TO ACCESSORIES WILL ALTER LIFT RANGE.

6. APPLICATION NOTE #142: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH TUNDRAS EQUIPPED WITH LOAD-LEVELING REAR HEIGHT CONTROL AIR SUSPENSION.

7. APPLICATION NOTE #144: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH TRD PRO

8. APPLICATION NOTE #149: FOR 4WD MODELS WITHOUT TRD OFF-ROAD PACKAGE ICON RECOMMENDS USING ICON DIFF DROP (PART# 55156) OR USING TOYOTA TRD AXLES (PART# 434200C020 DRIVER / 434100C020 PASS). FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN FRONT AXLE DAMAGE. NOT REQUIRED FOR TRD PRO.

9. TECH NOTE: If upgrading a Tundra equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) all other vehicle systems remain functional

10. TECH NOTE: Most Tundra sub-models equipped with i-Force gasoline engine will have front lift height range of 2-3.25" over stock

11. TECH NOTE: Most Tundra sub-models equipped with i-Force MAX hybrid engine will have front lift height range of 2-2.75" over stock

12. TECH NOTE: Tundra SR5 equipped with TRD Sport Suspension package will have lift height range of 3-4.5 over stock

13. TECH NOTE: Included rear shocks are compatible with 0-1" of rear lift over stock on models equipped with rear coil springs.

14. TECH NOTE: Tundras equipped with automatic leveling headlights also require part number 55153
