ICON Vehicle Dynamics Toyota Tundra (2022–2023) suspension systems are designed for drivers seeking peak performance. Optimizing wheel travel and damping, they ensure unparalleled control and ride quality—whether navigating city streets or conquering rugged terrain. These bolt-on systems are designed to provide from 1.25 to 3.5 inches of front lift (up to 3" with EXP coilovers) and up to 0.75 inches of rear lift, allowing for larger diameter tires (up to 35") and additional ground clearance.
The ICON EXP coilover is a cost-effective solution bridging the gap between spacer lifts and full coilovers. These feature a 2.5" diameter aluminum body with an internal reservoir, snap-ring adjustable preload, and use your truck’s OEM coil spring and mount for direct-fit installation. Capable of up to 3" of front lift, they deliver significantly improved ride quality and handling.
EXP coilovers are included in:
Stage 1 EXP – 0–2.25" front lift
Stage 2 EXP – 0–3" front lift with billet UCAs
ICON’s high-performance coilovers feature a 2.5-inch diameter 6061 aluminum body, Eibach coil springs, 7/8-inch shafts, and vehicle-specific (VS) valving. These are fully rebuildable and provide 1.25–3.5 inches of front lift over stock. Ideal for drivers who want the most precise control both on and off the pavement.
Types of coilovers available:
ICON 2.5 VS IR Coilovers – Internal reservoir (included in Stages 3, 4, & 5)
ICON 2.5 VS RR Coilovers – Remote reservoir (included in Stages 6, 7, & 8)
ICON 2.5 VS RR CDCV Coilovers – 10-position adjustable remote reservoir (included in Stages 9, 10, & 11)
ICON 2.5 VS RR CDEV Coilovers – Electronically adjustable with mobile app (included in Stages 12, 13, & 14)
ICON rear shocks complement the front suspension with a choice of 2.0” or 2.5” monotube designs, all featuring aluminum bodies, VS valving, and high-quality FK rod ends for maximum performance and longevity.
Options include:
ICON 2.0 VS IR Shocks – Internal reservoir, 5/8" shaft (Stages 1, 2, 3, & 4)
ICON 2.0 VS RR Shocks – Remote reservoir, 5/8" shaft (Stage 5 & 6)
ICON 2.5 VS RR Shocks – 2.5” remote reservoir, 7/8” shaft (Stages 7 & 8)
ICON 2.5 VS RR CDCV Shocks – 10-position adjustable damping, 2.5” body (Stages 9, 10, & 11)
ICON 2.5 VS RR CDEV Shocks – Electronically adjustable damping, 2.5” body (Stages 12, 13, & 14)
Included in all stages, the front sway bar drop brackets reduce bind and improve performance by restoring proper geometry after lifting the vehicle.
Starting at Stage 2 EXP and Stage 4 for standard kits, ICON UCAs are available in tubular steel or billet aluminum and feature the patented Delta Joint PRO—delivering the strength of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball. These arms correct caster, improve wheel travel, and are fully serviceable.
Available in select stages, ICON’s rear triple-rate coils provide 0.5" to 0.75" of rear lift, with soft initial and mid rates for comfort and a firmer overload rate for heavy loads or off-road conditions.
ICON's billet or tubular steel rear links include dual-durometer bushings and FK rod ends, allowing greater articulation and strength. The adjustable billet track bar recenters the rear axle for optimal performance after lifting.
Lower links included in Stage 8 & 10
Upper & lower links + track bar included in Stages 11, 13 & 14
EXP Coilovers: Cost-effective 0–3" front lift with OEM spring reuse
2.5 Series Coilovers: Fully rebuildable with internal or remote reservoirs for maximum control
